Some typical symptoms of stress can include one, some or all of the following:
It is often the case that you know what the problem is but just don’t know how to stop it or make it go away.
Seeking support through stress counselling, coaching or any other form of mentoring is a proactive way of dealing with your problems. The fact that you are choosing to look after yourself is a sign of strength.
I am an Associate member of ISMA (International Stress Management Association) and have been offering counselling for stress, anxiety and depression for many years. My practice is based on a strong belief that counselling should be proactive and practical. I draw on a wide range of counselling practices and theories, adapting my approach to your individual needs. It’s my role to help you understand the root cause of your symptoms, but importantly, I will also help you to move forward and think differently.
