Support for anxiety resultant of the Covid crisis
During these unprecedented times, it is entirely natural for you to be feeling heightened levels of stress, frustration, low mood or new or increased (health) anxiety.
Now, more than ever, is the time to keep talking. Although lockdown restrictions have gone, it is possible that you may still be feeling overwhelmed or anxious by the fact the virus is still very present. You may need some practical strategies on how to cope with the existence and impact of COVID and how to adjust to living with the uncertainty of this silent threat.
I offer both face to face and video sessions, but can assure you I am Covid safe in my counselling setting here in Chesham.

Certain levels of stress are natural, instinctive and beneficial. And, feelings of stress or ‘distress’ affect us all from time to time. It’s part of being human.
However, left unchecked, a negative response to life can lead to a whole variety of stress related symptoms that can leave you feeling out of control or out of balance, emotionally and physically.
Learning how to recognise what stresses you, why you respond in the way that you do and how you can change your mind-set is the key to unlocking a brighter, healthier and less stressful future.
